How Bradshaw uses the term

Bradshaw groups one or more SH01 allotments by date and price into a round and counts only priced equity. A set of allotments counts as a round when it passes the rules on confidence, number of new shares and cash raised set out on the method page. Rounds filed in another currency are shown in the currency filed and are never converted.
