How Bradshaw uses the term

Bradshaw reads SH01 filings to build priced rounds, and every figure links to the filing page at Companies House. A company has a month after an allotment to file its return, so a round appears once the return is filed. Some financing never appears on an SH01, such as shares issued by a foreign parent, convertible notes before they convert, and sales of shares between holders.
